Why should you conduct internal audits?

Our approach to Internal Audit
- Opening Meeting - This meeting sets the stage for a productive and collaborative audit process. We introduce our audit team, define the audit plan, objectives and timeline. This meeting takes approximately 15 minutes and all departmental heads are required to attend.
- Conducting the Audit - This is the main phase of the audit, where our team works closely with your staff to review processes, documents, and records.
- Closing Meeting - At the end of the audit, we conduct a closing meeting to share findings and give a chance too the client's team to ask questions.
- Reporting - After the audit, we prepare a comprehensive audit report that captures all findings, observations, and recommendations.
