ISO 45001 Certification Requirements
To get ISO 45001 certified, your organization should meet the requirements outlined in clause 4 to 10 of the standard.

- Furthermore, the organization should document the scope of the occupational health and safety management system (OHSMS). The scope outlines the functions, activities, products and services covered by the OHSMS.
- Top Management must demonstrate leadership and commitment with respect to the OHSMS. This includes taking overall responsibility for the prevention of injuries and provision of safe working environment.
- Senior Management must also establish, implement and maintain an Occupational Health and Safety Policy and objectives.
- Top Management shall also ensure the responsibilities and authorities for relevant roles are assigned, communicated and understood within the organisation. 
- Additionally, the organization should establish and maintain processes for consultation and participation of workers
- The organisation should determine occupational health and safety risks and opportunities and plan actions to address them. Moreover, these risks and opportunities should be maintained as documented information.
- ISO 45001 standard also requires the organization to maintain a process for hazard identification.
- Moreover, ISO 14001 requires the organization to document its legal requirements relevant to the OHSMS.

- Organization shall continually improve the suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
